2. Definition and Importance for IGN
Codelivery is a more concrete way to do cooperations, in order to
provide more and better experiences.
The responsabilities needs to be shared and the main focus have to be
the development of the EP/Trainee based on the Leadership
development framework so we can have, by the end of the
experience, more promoters.
Its important for IGN as we as the Region that have the highest
porcentage of exchanges with ourselfs, so if all the countries, especially
Tier 1 and Tier 2 implement this, we could assure that the experiences
that we provide are high quality XPs, and in a middle term this will be
reflected in our increase of exchanges.

Goal Setting Cooperation Tracking
This is the very first step to start a Cooperation
by Co.delivery.
Co.delivery is not only about number of
X, responsibles and timeline anymore, is about
having a shared commitment to delivery more
and better experiencies to our EPs, giving them
preparation and logistical support that will also
facilitate us the fulfillment of their expectation
and by this way we will create more promoters
and more results in a middle term.

9. OPS - Back Packing
Objectives:
-Provide Exchange and cultural
preparation specific as possible.
-Develop Leadership based on our
model inner and outer journey
model.
-Introduce our EPs into AIESEC
-Support the EPs for be logisitical
prepared for their internships.
Key Points:
-Align Expectations of their role and
host service.
-Let them know how they develop
their leadership trough an internship
-Advise the EPs about the XPP &
NPS to increase our Response Rate
in MA

Objectives:
- EPs having better
expectactions, alignment on cross
cultural experience
- Having better expectations on JD
aligment procedures
-Support oGCDP to have promotion
material on time
-Work as a tool for showcasing
Key Points:
- All Countries would be able to take
material directly from the website for
their promotion
-oGCDP timeline will never be
affected.
-As we have more testimonials and
trainees showcasing, it will be better
for the Host CY to increase their
matching rate.

13. NPS Culture Implementation
Objectives:
- Learn how to manage NPS
- Increase our Response Rate
- Have a NPS Indicator wich we can
trust. (by having a good Response
Rate)
- Know how to manage CEM in
order to improve processes and
product.
Key Points:
- The most important indicator for
this peak, should be to elevate our
response Rate so later on we can
use the NPS as a true indicator.
- The national responsible for NPS
should be an operational VP and no
other ones.

Assure to elevate our Response Rate, by changing our processes of MA, RE and Complete. Tracking
to Eps, and National KPIs for R&R to LCs

Our Regional Coordinator will coordinate the dates for the webinar. Is very important to atend, in
order to have thw right knowledge. It will be for Operations MCVPs. It will be in October.
15. Lead for Trainees – Self Check In
Objectives:
- Keep track of the needs that
Home entity have for them to
reintegrate later. (IXP and
showcase)
- Provide trainees logistical
preparation for their internship.
- Leadership development tracking
-Align leadership with the social
aspect.
Key Points:
-Align expectations at 100%
-Give them a idea about the
country reality and leadership

projects in a better way.

Objectives:

Developtment for trainees will support
the implementation and will be

- Lead is not only about the “Lead
for trainees” 2 days Seminar. This is
the minimum of what should be
delivered.

Key Points:
- Know the profile of leaders we are
developing .
- Assure The response rate for CO.
- Integrate Returnees to AIESEC.
- Use their XPs to showcase GCDP.
- Take adventage of promoters.
