Paul Wyne joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance (CBC) in 2015 as a Senior Vice President specializing in the
acquisition and disposition of retail properties. Mr. Wyne has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly 20
years. He specializes in handling various elements of commercial real estate, including the sourcing of acquisition
& development opportunities, leasing, property valuation, deal structure, tenant representation and demographic
study development. Mr. Wyne offers his clients a broad depth of knowledge and experience in many major metro
marketplaces across the U.S., including relationships and transaction experience within the commercial real estate
brokerage, development and acquisitions fields.
Prior to joining CBC Alliance Mr. Wyne spent the majority of the past ten years working as a tenant representative
for retailers and landlords and as an Investment Advisor for SVN Equities, Lee and Associates, and as the Director or
Real Estate for Fantastic Sams. Mr. Wyne was involved in the site selection and store roll out for over 200 locations.
He has leased or sold over $1 billion in retail properties across the country.
His significant transactions include:
• Leased and sold in excess of 200 million SF
• Completed 60 store assignments for Rent A Center (RCII) in California and Nevada
• Acquisition of 30,000 SF distribution center, roll-out of 24 stores for Hobby People in California, Arizona &
Nevada
• Roll-out of Ashley Furniture in Southern California
• Registered UFOCs in over 25 states
• Established a new record for store openings while Director of Real Estate for Fantastic Sams.
Mr. Wyne studied Finance and Business Management at California State University-Fullerton. He is an active
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Wyne
is also a photo journalist specializing in sports photography. His notable assignments include NASCAR and
Professional Soccer.
