Places play a key part in the stories attached to a museum and its collections. How are museums linking their collections to the outside world? Recent examples include Christchurch Art Gallery’s project to crowd-source subject geo-locations for their artworks, NZMuseums’ new Map View for viewing museum locations and Balboa Park’s mobile adventure game.
