at Cannes, 2012. Winner of the International Critics Prize at the Deauville [France] American Film

In 1992, the head writer for David Letterman wanted to hire me as a writer, but Letterman decided my
material, which was tailored for Letterman’s NBC show, wasn’t suited for the new CBS show.
