board types. Prior to my assignment to the Cisco team, I was a member of the NEC team, then
Compression Labs Lead Tech.

System Installation Specialist I was Responsible for installation, and repair of Digital Central Offices.
This included hardware and software upgrades. Of online systems, requiring no work related
downtimes.

o Required reading floor plans and schematics.
o Onsite representative during construction and turnover.
o This position required full time travel (365 days) nationwide.
o Equipment included oscilloscopes, DVM, and Meg ohm meter.
Philips Circuit Assemblies, Tampa, Fl. July 1988 - June 1989
MDS Troubleshooter II / Technician II Work consisted of troubleshooting to component, IBM PS2
model 25 and model 30 desktop computers. Employed the Intel Microprocessor Development System
IV to diagnose failing assemblies.
o Produced assembly language programs to manipulate hardware and identify defects.
o Tools used were in-circuit emulators, oscilloscopes and DVM.
