Standardising the ways of working for all organisations using ERP Dynamics 365 for Operations
(AX7) in the Azure public cloud.

3.  Arco ERP transformation project of the supply chain, redefining job roles and designing new
processes that resulted in a reduction in stock holding and increased first time order fill.

 Guilbert ERP supply chain project for 5 sites, reducing inventory and backorders
 Martson ERP supply chain project for 900 sites and implemented a solution to optimise tax using
intercompany financials that achieved record profits.
