Drove growth with a CRM solution for a startup. Hired by Health Essentials to build a client acquisition/relationship
management tool. Integrated an existing EMR platform and a Salesforce.com CRM. Exceeded all performance targets
while meeting state and federal regulatory requirements. Grew the client base from zero to nearly 15,000 members.
Turned around IT; cut costs 12%. Recruited by APP to strengthen IT and reduce expenses. Developed a strategic

regional healthcare organization, and Awakened Alternatives, a home health/home care agency. Provided guidance on

VP IT, APP Pharmaceuticals, a $1.3B division of the Fresenius Kabi Group family of companies, 2007-2012. Recruited
