Systems

Modified C# codeto adopt apublish/subscribe model to allowthe propagationofthe
interface configurationup through multipleWCF services. Thisallowed the interface to
parse the plaintext results ofa pre-defined query and builda new query for submission to
NCIC and NLETS databases.
Developed records check system to request warrant and driver record information from a
web-based vendor via asynchronous methodcalls.
Using C#, designed approximately165transactions and theircorresponding test
transactions to allowunprecedented CRUD controlover records from various NCIC
databases.
Developed a unique parsing mechanism for handling DMV results that allowed the
conversion of plaintext datainto information that was inserted into a proprietaryrecords
management system.
Developed a C# import utility andcorresponding stored procedures that allowed a user to
synchronize pager databetween a remote linked server into a CAD database.
Implemented the use ofXSLT stylesheetsto allowcustomers to customize records check
returns without Engineering involvement.
2. Coordinated design and implementationofapplications, collaborating with project
managers, engineering team lead, and client representatives to ensure on-time
completionofproject deliverables.
Review and provideinput on Business Requirements, OperationalSpecification
Documents (OSD) and Interface Requirements Documents (IRD)for new client and
standard interface applications.
Developed proofof concept product using two proprietary designs that allowed the
Engineering Director to determine thenext generationarchitectureto beused bythe
department’sinterface team.
Conducted Training classes for Engineering and TechnicalSupport staff on new features
and products.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Met with Tier 3 technicalsupport staff to provideguidance on diagnosing and correcting
issues with existing product suite.
Developed and implemented first applicationinstallerfor product suite using
InstallShield. Thisallowed easier installationofstandard products.
Provided documentation, training and default configurationfiles for interface product
suite. Thisallowed hand-off of product installationto theSystems Engineering team.
Authored first help files for Paging,AniAli, StationAlerting,Records Management
interfaces reducing second tier calls from TechnicalSupport using RoboHelp.
Spear-headed first Engineering study group for .Net certification.
Recruited from TechnicalServices to Engineering in less than 1 year.
Received Above & BeyondAward for excellence in jobperformance.
