 Multiple Projects Completed to total £25m
 Projects to include : Rehabilitation Facilities,
Refurbished accommodation, new build Sports hall,
Sports Pavilion and associated Medical facilities.
 Bespoke contracts, Design and Build, JCT with
Design and JCT Minor Works contracts

 Kent Hall – 50 Bedroom accommodation block

 Converted 48 bed accommodation to 28 fully
accessible bedrooms, 2 lounges, 4 offices, 1 large
seminar room, 2nr DDA Bathrooms, Laundry and
2nr kitchens. 2nr DDA Passenger lifts to 4 alternate
stops, New Extension for Reception.

 Contract Type JCT Minor works with Design
 To be used by the Royal British Legion as part of the
Battle back program for rehabilitation for sick and
injured personal returning to or from active service.
