I first met Patrick when he was hired at Imagery Estate Winery as a Sales Associate under my
supervision. Two years later, when he left the company for another job, he had risen through the
ranks to become a Senior Sales Associate. Pat is a quick learner, energetic, and hardworking.
Mr. Ward is also very flexible and eager to take on new challenges. For example, during the
busy summer season we needed a sales team to step up and fill coordinate a food program. Pat
volunteered and made an immediate impression on our owners. In his first month of running our
food program he sold over 1,000 pizzas and brought in over $13,000 in sales. Willing to take on
