From mid-2013 to late 2013, led SEPA compliance testing for a bank's payment systems. Developed and gained approval for test approaches. Executed regression and user acceptance testing, preparing daily reports and presenting progress to stakeholders. Obtained sign-offs upon test completion.

Jan 2014 to March 2014 Upgrades Project manager – Corehr
I was employed to manage the delivery of a number of client HR and payroll software upgrade projects.
My role was split between project and test management
Project Management: Completion of business case, development of project plan, scheduling resources
and test environment builds. Worked closely with the sales, IT, implementation support and development
teams. Prepared and presented the project launch meeting to a number of clients. The purpose of this was
to give a detailed walkthrough of the upgrades process. Prepared detailed project plans and issued to
clients for agreement and sign off. Tracked and monitored project financials. Reported progress weekly to
the project executive. Followed Prince 2 methodology
Test Management: managed preparation for UAT which included ensuring test cases and access to the
test environment were in place prior to UAT. Management of UAT over a three week period. Daily defect
management calls with clients. Used JIRA as the test management tool. Ensured test issues were
addressed within SLA and where not managed the clients expectations on these. Managed the parallel run
phase of testing and handover to live. Ensured support resources in place for these phases.
July 2013 to November 2013 Sepa Test Manager- Certus
I was employed to manage the testing of SDD and SCT modules of Keybank to confirm SEPA compliance.
Worked closely with the key stakeholders including the project sponsors ( Lloyds), Software vendor( KBS),
and suppliers (IBM and BNP). Chaired daily project progress and defect management calls with all
stakeholders. Main testing phases were:
UAT: Chaired walkthrough meetings to ensure sign off of UAT approach and test completion documents.
Managed the preparation of test cases. Prepared milestone plans, low level detailed test run schedules and
ensured full test coverage for each test cycle (intake, UAT and regression testing). Managed daily testing
activities including test execution and the production and distribution of daily MI. Used Spira test as the test
management tool. Regularly presented test progress to steering committee.
Regression : Prepared Options paper for regression test approach for approval by steering committee.
Presented options analysis to steering committee and attained approval to proceed. Prepared and attained
sign off of the test approach document for regression testing. Ensured sufficient test cases were in place
for regression test by reviewing with the individual business units. Managed Regression testing phase with
all business units within Certus. Attained sign off of Regression test completion document. Attained overall
sign off of testing from steering committee.
