Patrick is a social Internet entrepreneur. He is passionate about the 'magic'​ of the Internet and believes in the combination of 'doing good'​ and 'doing business'. He is creative in finding new applications and business models of the Internet in order to make a positive social impact. He is co-founder of Social Care Network, a social enterprise which develops and markets local and national online marketplaces for voluntary services and informal care. NLvoorelkaar.nl is the national online marketplace for voluntary services and Zorgvoorelkaar.com is the national online marketplace for informal care. The goal is to mobilize all the volunteer potential into a force for social good. In a
