STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL
NAME PATRICIA GRAY
Personal Statement
My previous experience in positions within private enterprise, government bodies, and corporate
business have enabled me to contribute effectively and efficiently to assist with programs or projects
undertaken, and to build effective and lasting relationships with senior management, project teams,
and various staff members.
I have been able to make considerable contributions to the positions that I have undertaken by
leading by example and encouraging ‘appreciative enquiry’ methodology for both personal and team
development. This methodology fosters cross-functional understanding and co-operation and builds
effective business relationships to assist in the achievement of daily tasks and company objectives.
It also effectively encourages individual responsibility and the continuing development of verbal and
written communication skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills are based on the following personal core values:
1 1. Family – the well-being of all members, young and old.
2 2. Strength to care for, and assist others.
3 3. Courage to positively develop life experiences.
4. Emotional Intelligence/Learning – continue to provide challenges for development and
be able to practically assist others.
