 Developed new technical division of a staffing organization. Developed client base,negotiated fees and
contracts,recruited, interviewed, evaluated candidates to find the best match for customer needs.Resulted

Recruitment and Employment Management
● Managed recruitment, selection and placement process for the Southwest Region for all levels of the

efficient hiring process and reduction of time spent by management in the process.
● Managed unemployment claims for 7000 employees with a 96% win ratio.

Employee Benefits and Compensation
● Managed FMLA for over 7000 employees to include processing STD and LTD.
● Administered benefits plans to include analyzing plans.
● Analyzed compensation plans and worked with consultants to develop spreadsheets used to analyze
compensation in a union environment by position and region.
● Ensured that pay grades,rates and classifications were accurate.
● Interpreted union contract guidelines.
HR Policy, Process & Systems Design
● Experienced in researching, interpreting, applying, complying with and consulting on the Federal and State
Laws and Regulations, Company Policies and Business Best Practices relative to the Human Resource field
of study. Possess working knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulation and laws including but not
limited to EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, Worker’s Compensation, and ADA.
● Evaluated and monitored the performance and customer satisfaction of a call center to identify areas of
improvement. Designed and developed new hiring and training procedures to ensure quality personnel.
Resulted in call time reduction of 30%, increase of client base by 10% and a reduction of customer
complaints. Researched a variety of compensation and benefit structures of like companies and
recommended a most competitive compensation.Resulted in higher quality employee and reduced turnover
from 60% to 20%.
● Prepare employee information for analysis and decision-making, statistical data, and other employee-

● Development and administration of a training program that improved quality of service to clients and
increased client base by 5%, increasing gross revenue by $10,000 per month.
