It is my honor to write this letter of recommendation for Patrice
Baugh. Patrice is one of our Customer Service/Telephone Sales
Representatives and she is at the top of her game. Never in my 26
years as a Human Resource Manager have I heard someone who is
more attuned to the needs of customers than Patrice. She is
patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and thorough in her discussions.
At the end of every call she makes sure that all of the customer’s
questions and concerns have been addressed. Her follow through
with notes in the customers’ accounts and paperwork to the
appropriate Technicians is exceptional. Patrice has not missed one
day of employment since she was hired on 12/26/2013. Her
dedication to her job is truly remarkable.
I would like to recommend Patrice for any position she applies for,
especially ones that involve customer service.
