There are different types of monster about â there are the mire-dwelling goblins of despair who drag us down when we are struggling to learn, for instance Teachers, librarians and mentors can help guide us Google, like a sat-nav can sometimes lead us to the wrong place â it takes skill to be able to get the best results from it
- Personal learning networks help support our learning - the key to building and âexploitingâ our PLNs is our Digital Identity - need to engage with people - ask questions, provide your own insights and contribute to other peopleâs learning through discourse
- Life (and education) can have many twists and turns Your Digital Identity can have many facets â different reflections of you that you canât always be aware of - other people can help you discover how you look to others online - even your choice of âavatarâ can have an impact on how others view you online.

How employable do you look? Do you engage with others in a constructive way? Etc. Key words How do you look to others if you only have a âplain, clean, profileâ â why do employers like to see information about your hobbies and pastimes on CVs?
