To whom it may concern:
Pat Mitchell, now doing business as Tandem Group LLC, was instrumental in the
successful development, marketing and sales of our fractional ownership
program at the Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa. We developed a one-eight
ownership program in seven residences. The average sales price was $335,000.
Pat worked with us from December of 2001 to the summer of 2004. Pat was a
good team player and was instrumental in creating the details of the ownership
program, developing the marketing collateral and the marketing campaign. Also,
he was responsible for the entire sales program which was very successful for
the investors.
Pat's participation and commitment to the project was well appreciated by the
investor group and developer and his experience in the fractional industry proved
to be a key ingredient in the overall outcome.
I would recommend Pat for future consulting, marketing and sales opportunities
in fractional ownership development.
