Going with the example of Gillette,
Fannie Mae, Philip Marries, Walgreens,
Etc., TATA steel should change according to the changing
Environment and start balancing the commitment to
Community With the EVA+ goal of the company.
However, while outsourcing some activities is a viable
option, some vital activities such as Healthcare,
Education should be taken care by TATA Group itself.
