translation and transliteration services across 9
Indian languages.
• They work with the objective to connect all
digital users irrespective of their native tongues.
• The company uses Scrum process to deliver its
projects.
3. SCRUM PROCESS
• It is one the best agile development process.
• In scrum, the team works with a product backlog,
which is a collection of User- stories (features
written from the perspective of end users). Then the
team breaks the product backlog into one or more
release backlogs.
• These release backlogs are further broken down into
a number of sprint backlogs (the numbers vary from
release to release).
4. • These sprint backlogs serve as short duration
milestones throughout the project.
• The progress of each of the sprint is monitored
using charts called “Burndown charts. The teams
have daily scrum meeting to check whether
everything is going as expected.
• Every sprint is followed by a Retrospective
meeting in which discussion is made about how
to fine tune everything.
5. Different roles in the process
• Product owner - He/ She makes sure that right
features are included in the product backlog.
• Scrum Master - His/ her job is to ensure smooth
progress of the project and also that every
member of the team has proper tools that are
needed.
• Developers- They build the product.
• Testers - They make sure that the product works
