Professional Experience
In Saudi Arabia from 1978 to 1998
Dallah AlBaraka Group – Dallah Avco Trans Arabia
The Dallah AlBaraka group is one of the leading, privately held conglomerates in
Saudi Arabia. The Jeddah-based company controls some 300 companies involved in a
variety of industries in more than 40 countries worldwide. In 1975 Dallah Avco Trans
Arabia Company is established in order to build and operate airports.
Job position over the 10 years with the company:
1978 – 1985
As Communication specialist, Class II for two years.
As Communication specialist, Class I for three years.
Promoted to Communication Supervisor for two years, reporting to the Project
Manager.

2. Project: Presidency of Civil Aviation
Maintenance including installation and repairs of Telephone Exchanges Erickson, ITT,
P/A systems, Wireless communications of Fire and Airport Security Vehicles.
1985 – 1986
As an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation and implementation of Voice/Data related physical
network at the newly established HQ of Dallah Transport Company. There were 20
remote sites linking to the central site. Establish new work processes and supervise
training of project and permanent staff.
1986 – 1988
As a Communication Supervisor, reporting to the Project Manager.
Project: Presidency of Civil Aviation.
Responsible for:
Operations and Maintenance of telecommunication and flight information systems,
in four domestic airports. Supervising all project telecommunication and flight
information staff.
Performing airport inspections and evaluations. In addition I was preparing
management reports, departmental budgets and was responsible for equipment
procurement and requisitions for the above mentioned airport sites.
1988 – 1989
As an Operations and Maintenance Manager.
Project: Dallah Tower, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
3. When constructed, Dallah Tower was the highest completely cast-in-place concrete
Building structure in the country. It features two free-standing elevator cores
connected to the main structure with bridges at each floor. The reinforced concrete
super-structure is founded on a deep caisson foundation system. Situated on a high
point in the city, occupants of the office tower have spectacular views of the Red
Sea.
Responsible for:
Engineering, installation and maintenance for Security cameras and TV network.
1989 – 1998
Position: Dallah Avco Co. – City Compound Operations, Maintenance and Logistics
Coordinator.
The compound was occupied by approximately 1.500 residents and 85 direct
reporting maintenance personnel.
Responsibilities:
Compound annual financial Budget for 6 departments, Equipment procurement,
compound plant (nine 850 KW Electric Generators) maintenance, Motor Pool (180
vehicles) management and daily operations of all City Compound activities.
Including warehousing of most of the materials involving housing and Airports.
In Greece from 2000.
Intraconnect S.A.
Intraconnect was a rapidly rising telecommunications organization, based in Athens
and operating from 1998 to 2003. The company offered voice and Internet services
to any modern enterprise, as well as the domestic subscriber. Intraconnect was the
first telecommunication organization that offered Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)
services in Greece.
4. 1999 – 2003 (Company ceased operations in Sep. 2003).
Position: Warehouse, Maintenance and Installation Manager.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Warehouse budget for technical equipment used over the company‘s
backbone (9 microwave links) and metropolitan (11 in Athens, 3 in Thessalonica)
node network. Setup and run company warehouse.
Maintain all metropolitan /urban nodes and their respective equipment.
Special Projects:
Installation of all “Mini nodes”, a specially designed compact network node. The
node comprised of a compact galvanized shell containing a power generator, air con
unit and communications equipment.

One of the leading international construction groups, with worldwide diversified
activities, offering a full range of services in engineering and construction projects.
The firm’s evolution over a 50-year span is reflected in its continuing record of
achievements performing major civil, industrial and electromechanical projects
worldwide.
2003 – 2004
Idku LNG Project: Marine Facilities, Idku, Egypt.
Position: Marine Supervisor.
Contributed in projects relating to the Jetty, loading platform and marine operations
platform, Mooring and breasting dolphins, main breakwater and breakwater for the
construction harbor and material ordering and handling for one of the floating
cranes.
2004 – 2008
TELEDOME S.A.
TELEDOME is one of the first companies in Greece that is operating in the area of
telecommunications services, since 1996.
5. Position: Warehouse, Procurement and Inventory Manager.
Responsibilities:
Operating on a daily basis a warehouse of nearly 15.000 stock line items, spread over
three warehouse locations. Supervise and implement of forty five communication
nodes. Execute annual company’s wide asset inventory.
In addition I prepare and maintain departmental budget. I had three direct reports
and I report to the Administration and Organization Director.

8 - 2008 till 8 – 2011
Tripoli’s Libya Harbor Construction
Position: Camp and Housing Manager.
Responsibilities:
The camp can accommodate 1.500 company employees that will provide them with
all necessary needs such as accommodation, food, activities etc.
Preparing maintenance schedules for all equipments in camp and houses. Arranging
bus and vehicle schedules. Supervising all subcontractors in reference to camp
needs. At the same time coordinating in the Administration department all the
subject relating to the facilities and benefits of the employees.
8 – 2011 till today
Saudi Archirodon S.A.
Position: Facilities Manager:
Operating and Maintaining, company’s three camps in Jeddah. Total capacity 2.300
employees. Managing of 1.600.000 S.R annual budget.
Advising and assisting for the setup of other company’s camp within the Kingdome.
Market research for better pricing for camps items.
Coordinating the subcontractors for all camp’s requirements.
6. Managing all maintenance departments’ e.e. electrical, air-conditioning, plumping,
carpentry, security, house cleaning and labors. Total number of workers 120.
Waste management and recycling for camp’s waste.
Arranging bus schedules for 25 schools and other camp‘s needs.
Managing all food requirements for a total of 1.800 employees, which includes
quality, quantity and distribution.
Supervising the construction and furnishing of housing units for expatriates.
Supervising the company’s archive.
Preparing all different type of activities.
Managing all rental houses.
At the same time coordinating in the Administration department all the subject
relating to the facilities and benefits of the employees.
