The house is set in a plot of land of 8027m² and is located at the outskirts of Droushia Village
near Polis Chrsysochous of Pafos District, overlooking the Akamas peninsular, a National Park,
and the Bay of Polis Chrysochous.
The accommodation with direct views and overlooking the Akama’s peninsular provides an open
plan Living room, Dining room, Kitchen and Breakfast area, three bedrooms with ensuite bath-
room to master bedroom. All ancillary accommodation such as Storage, Utility room and parking
provisions are located to the rear of the house. The concept design is based on a cluster of
volumes forming small squares and gives the feeling of a small village. The elevational treatment
avoids elements that are foreign to traditional architectural such as overhangs, large glass fa-
cades and the building is integrated smoothly into the traditional architectural of the Akama’s
region. The sloping ground towards the northern part of the land has been observed thus part of
the building has sunk to provide continuous levels throughout.
The house consists of three blocks; the eastern and western is clad with local stone sections of
natural shape with few openings and vertical planes, complete with gabled roof and local roof
tiles. The central core is of a modern design with flat roof and large glass panels acting as a pivot
between the western and eastern volumes.

Beachfront development offers a superb residential environment. Set in a 9,000m² of land and
with a large lagoon across the development provides residences design to maximize sea views.
The two storey bespoke design villas with a basement, comprise of four bedrooms, each with
private bathroom, spacious Living and Dining rooms and large Kitchen. The ancillary accommo-
dation at Basement level acts as a supporting quarters to the main residence. Each residence
has large swimming pools and additional features include Jacuzzi, sauna and gym areas. All

The development consists of nine luxury villas located on large plots. Title deeds for each plot
are available and the villas will be sold on a freehold basis. Each villa comprises of three levels:
Basement,Ground and First floors.
The Ground level accommodates the living room,dining room and kitchen including breakfast
area, guest w.c. and office/guest quarters. The hovering First floor accommodatesthesleepingq-
uarters.Three large ensuite bedrooms with walk in closets are situated at this level. The master
bedroom has large Jacuzzi and a private breakfast balcony. The remaining two bedrooms share
one large balcony and sun deck. All bedrooms are south facing with sea view. The Basement

The water element plays primal roles throughout; water feature is introduced along the entrance
giving a cascading effect. There is an extensive use of stone both as a cladding on walls as well
as on the floor. Surfaces and volumes move along the concept of cleans lines. This philosophy
extends to the interior details of the house providing a modern and timeless villa.
