2. There’s the most common way which is scuba
diving, because the tank they use to breathe
from is oxygen with nitrogen in it. The nitrogen
in the tank would be 75 percent of it. When a
divers body is under water its under a lot of
pressure, the deeper the diver goes the more
Nitrogen the body gets. Another way to get
nitrogen in your body is by eating when your
water supply is less than 10 milligrams.
3. Our bodies need nitrogen to make proteins in
our muscles, skin, blood, DNA. You keep
nitrogen in your body by foods in your diet.
Such as meat, fish, nuts, eggs, milk & other
dairy food.
4. If our bodies don’t get enough Nitrogen we
lack RNA ( Ribonucleic acid ) and DNA. RNA’s
role in our bodies is to carry out messages from
our DNA that controls the synthesis of
proteins.
5. The human body is made of 6 different
elements, two of them are Nitrogen.
Nitrogen, gives us proteins, example of those
of hair and connective tissues, in gasses as well.
Phosphorus dissolves in organic ions such as
sodium.
6. There are a couple different ways to get
Phosphorus in the human body, a few ways are
by eating dried fruit, garlic, red meat, poultry
which is also known as chicken, by drinking
dried milk and different milk products.
7. If you’re a healthy eater you will have enough
Phosphorus in your body although Phosphorus
can lead to some diseases, it can also lead to
deficiency. It affects your bones but is a benefit
for your body cells. Our bodies can’t live with
out Phosphorus.
8. * It’s the opposite if we don’t get enough nothing
happens, if we get a lot of Phosphorus in our
bodies, it damages our organs and softens your
tissues. It also interferes with our body’s ability to
use iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc.
Phosphorus causes many other things such as
kidney stones, high blood calcium levels, anxiety,
fatigue, irregular breathing, numbness,
irritability, bone pain, fragile bones. These are all
the causes of too much Phosphorus.
