I am a partner in the corporate team of the Hong Kong office of Bird & Bird, an international law firm. I qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 1998 and in Hong Kong in 2000. I specialise in general corporate, venture capital, and employment matters, and I am a frequent speaker and writer on a wide range of topics including fund formation, deal investment structures, and regulatory and governance issues in early stage and growth companies, and executive recruitment and retrenchment in in Hong Kong and China.
