EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Overall 26 years of experience right from an Assistant to a Senior Manager position,
handling various roles as Assistant, Programmer, Secretary / PA, Marketing
Coordinator, PMO, Operation Support Manager.
The major roles and responsibilities of my current role as Project Management
Operation Support Manager in an IT Industry is specific to Projects such as
Resource Management (RMG) – Identifying and Assembling Resources for the
Project. Managing Resource allocation for the Project. Monitor and Control of
Resource budgeting for a project.
General Administration – Coordination with other Support Departments of the
Management to provide required facilities for the allocated resources.
Process Adherence on Time Sheet Management – Monitoring timely allocation of
time sheet (effort booking) to all resources of the project and controlling the right
time sheet (effort) entered by the resources in the right project ID.
Project Identification Document (PID) creation / extension / closure – A complete
end-to-end monitoring and controlling of documentation of Project ID.
Invoicing & Collection – Timely billing of the project based payment milestone,
collection follow-up, Monitoring AR and AR Aging.
Internal Audit – Support Project Mangers in providing required documents and
explanation for Internal Audit Queries.
Cost & Profitability Management – Preparation of Project Profitability Statement,
Monitoring and Control of Project Finance and Budget
Customer satisfaction & relationship Management – Project Stakeholders support

Vendor Management – Project related Accounts Payable activity management.
