This should be relatively straight forward but if you get stuck or need a quick answer
during the sign up process, this will take you through each of the 4 steps.
Step One: Tell Us About Yourself
Use the email
address and
password for the
person who will be
doing the
verification and
administration for
PLUSdoc.

4. Step 2: Add Locations
Make sure to add all of
your practice locations
Make each office location a unique
name that the patients will
recognize (company name city/town
name or initials)

5. Step 3: Add Doctors
Make sure to add all doctors and
their licensed or registered providers
Make sure each doctor has at
least one location or more

6. Step 4: Enter Billing Information
Make sure you enter a valid credit
card to complete your membership
registration
Click only once and you will receive an email
confirmation and you log in instructions.
