This great establishment with multiple food outlets including 2AA rosette fine dining Restaurant, large main restaurant,
banqueting and leisure club all set in great surroundings within commutable distance to Milton Keynes, Northampton,
Buckingham, Daventry, Banbury.
My Client is looking to recruit an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join the Hotel who has vast experience within this field. You
will have large Hotel and rosette experience to be successful with your application
Job Description:
We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef who is an enthusiastic person with a great personality, committed with good
managerial and great organisation skills. You must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment and deliver high
quality pastries to numerous food outlets utilising the best produce from the market.
This is a hands on position and will suit someone who leads by example.
Required experience for the Pastry Chef:
- Two years experience at similar level
- 4/5 Star Hotel experience is advantageous
- Experience in managing and training staff is essential (Brigade of 3/4)
- Good business control Pastry Chef candidates should have a comprehensive proven background in high end restaurants
and 4/5 star Hotel operations with a sound repertoire of pastry and bakery goods with strong knowledge of breads
