HIV has complex treatment patterns, and most questions relate to information about drug resistance patterns. Stanford Databases: includes anonymized patient records, clinical trial information, ontologies of drugs, treatments, and terms. Why a reasoner : Allow users to use normal English to access information, and create a domain-theory and a reasoning component that bypasses the need for having to know specifics of the particular databases.
