I truly enjoyed the time I spent with Otniel Gil. We had a long run in my home search, but
we found a house and it was exactly what I was looking for and wanted. Otniel is an easy
going no pressure type of agent. He will show you the various options that are available at
the selected range in the buyer’s budget, but will not pressure you in one direction or
another. I believe he truly has the best interest of his clients in mind. He is very
knowledgeable, and was always responsive, and communicative. The best quality is that he
is very patient and never pressured me to make a deal.
At one point he was on board with me backing out of a deal after the offer was made and

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Otniel is a phenomenal agent, and one that I highly
recommend, to anyone. I was so pleased with his attitude and dedication. He truly has the
best interest of his clients in mind. He is knowledgeable, and was always responsive,
diligent, and communicative and works within the parameters you give to him. He is very
patient and knew exactly what we were looking for and never pressured us to make a deal.
He was honest and always steered us away from properties he didn't think were right for us.
In the end we found our dream retirement home. He was even kind enough to meet the
home inspector at the house as we were out of town. All in all, Otniel has a lot of integrity

I liked working with Otniel. He was very easy to talk to and was extremely responsive to my
calls, emails and texts. We hired Otniel to sell our house and he also was the realtor we
used to purchase our new house. Our home purchase was a short sale and there were a lot
of moving pieces. This was our first experience with a short sale and I have to say it was a
frustrating process. Otniel kept things on an even keel, though, and, ultimately, we go the
house we wanted for a good price.
