Diagnosis :
Acute inflammation ( Pneumonia ).

Comment :
The slide shows :
1- Area of caseation necrosis with
chronic inflammatory cells.
2- Giant cells (Langhans cell).
Diagnosis :
Early Tuberculous (TB).

Tissue: Necrosis
Normal Tissue
Comment :
The slide shows : Infarcted area with loss of
structural details ( No nucleus ) – Ghost structure.
Diagnosis :
Infarction of kidney.
