December 2010. He worked with me and took the role
of Public Relations and Operations Assistant
Robert is a highly intelligent, perceptive young man. He joined the Company committed to
capitalizing on the opportunity of setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in day to day
activities of the company including establishing business partnerships, and he left with the
satisfaction of having accomplished that goal.
During his time at Nilla Communications Ltd, Robert, an excellent writer and publicist, also has
done a good deal of work for our Marketing Department. This has included the text for many
business promotional brochures and packets, letters to our business partners, and essentially any
correspondence which I have requested that he composes to Safaricom Dealer Support
Management. He has engaged in preparing justifications for business expansion required during
application of MPESA tills. This has involved business feasibility studies for viability of setting up a
business outlet. The feedback is always overwhelmingly positive, and he has done so much in
that way for our Company.
Even today, while he pursues his University studies, he has volunteered a great deal of this work
for our company.
Robert is consistent, dedicated and passionate, enthusiastic, cheerful, and a pleasure to work
with. He has incredible creative energies and a refreshing idealism tempered only enough to
accomplish what needs to be done.
I highly recommend him for any position of work, leadership, education, or any other capacity in
which he can spread his excitement and share his talents with others. Nilla Communications Ltd
