Currently at Dubai Airports project management division responsible for airport
operations development. Roles and responsibilities in brief include:
• Direct engagement with all project management office functions at various levels

• Overall responsibility for operations project procurement strategies.
• Coordination and integration of requirements of internal stakeholders such as
operation ,facilities/asset management and security as well as external stakeholders.

• Manage all design consultants and security system contractors as well as third -party
project managers.

• Prepare and present related reports and statistics for snags, shortcomings, and
deficiencies of installed systems, if any; prepare performance efficiency reports.
• Evaluate and approve project implementations, including phases / modifications /
alterations / interim deliveries etc. and approve Factory Acceptance Test in UAE or
overseas.
• Draft & establish related, and relevant, working documents and related procedures to
comply with aviation security standards and related programs, which shall be
applicable, manageable & achievable.
