It explains what the requirements are, how to choice between publishing in an open access journal or depositing in an open access repository and it gives information on costs and journal policies. 1. Publishing ALL articles in APC based OA journals is probably
not the right solution as it can lead to a substantial amount of the
project budget.  a mix of depositing articles and publishing in
OA journals is highly recommended.
2. The growing OA market comes with some challenges.
