Functional Modes Description
Operational Mode During normal operations, local and remote users
access their production servers. Real-time replica
servers run in the Cloud.
Failover Mode In the event of a server or site failure, traffic is
redirected automatically to the replica environment –
no downtime, no data loss.
Failback Mode When the initial issue is resolved, new data is
synchronized back to the production server(s) while
users continue to work. Once complete, traffic is
directed back to Operational Mode – no downtime, no
data loss.

Health Check Reporting includes a set of tests to check
Internet connectivity, starting and stopping of services, etc.
Sandbox Tests are more granular testing configuration
whereby everything that occurs during a normal failover is
carried out, with the exception of redirecting all users.
