• Monitors competition by taking current market information on products, new products, pricing,
products features, sale techniques, activities, etc.
• Dealing with doctor according to his personality style, adoption stage, adoption style, double
classification system, and setting a S.M.A.R.T objectives.
• Resolves customer issues by investigating problems; preparing reports; developing solutions; making
recommendations to management.
• Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff, or making presentations to doctors,
practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.
Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day, or may be conducted in the evenings
at a local hotel or restaurant.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with pharmacists, secretary, residents, nurses,
doctor assistants, management, and other medical staff to supporting the administrative key staff who
can affect prescribing rate or they are useful in taking the right feedback.
• Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and
healthcare sector and staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,
weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses, besides regularly attending company
