I am a passionate and innovative social behavioral health scientist, seeking to use my energy, education, and experiences to promote healthy behavior change and lifestyle choices for children, families, and low-income communities. My research focuses on health behaviors such as physical activity, violence prevention, and healthy eating, and its impact on quality of life. Also, my other interest include but are not limited to the understanding of: motivation, group dynamic, media, social justice, and social and health disparities as it impact health.
