14. SOLUTION
Solution: Due to PSD2, it simplifies the integration process with the banks and provide the access to
all bank accounts of the user. All releases are done just after the security testing. Hiveonline’ project
is a transformational platform addressing small businesses’ boring problems with leading edge
technology supported by local Swedish angel investors via their investment company, Cryptowell,
Danish government institutions, Green Finance Programme.
The biggest challenges were building the highly secure and scalable infrastructure since it was
considered min 200 K users after the first released with the further substantial growth of the load.
Thus, our team build the multi-service based architecture. During the Discovery Phase, our team
was considering the Hyperledger Barrow & Multichain as the suitable blockchain and decided to
proceed with the multichain due to unlimited assets and fine-grained permissions. Hiveonline is
one of our project that should meet the GDPR and PSD2 regulations.

Hybrid digital wallet that uses cryptocurrency and fiat money.
Problem: In USA, many modern societies are mired in debt and dont pay
sustainable attention to children’ financial education in shrinking savings
and fund management. As children have access to countless opportunities
to earn, spend, save, invest and give back, the money management skill
should be improved all time.

16. SOLUTION
Kidcoin’s blockchain-based platform will utilize gamification and
cutting-edge technology to introduce novel features that engage kids
and families and help them to learn about, manage, share and grow
their money and tokenized assets in a secure digital setting.
Ethereum based token which can be spent at community vetted, age
appropriate vendors within the Kidcoin ecosystem. It will be stored in
users’ hybrid digital wallets, alongside traditional banking assets, such
as US dollars held in virtual checking and savings accounts.

Protocol for interchain transfers between Ethereum and Bitcoin
Problem: there were no mechanism for establishing in details the
mechanism for permission-less transferring of assets between Ethereum
and Bitcoin.

We’ve design the bridge, that is a two way pegging mechanism that
works through a rotating validator set and two bridge contracts
(“contract” here refers to an executable piece of logic in the context of
its residing chain). The bridge contracts resides on the home and
foreign chains, hereon referred to as home-bridge and foreign-bridge.
This solution could be useful in fields such as:
Stable coins: External chain assets such as BTC could diversify the
collaterals used in stable currencies on Ethereum
Decentralized exchanges: Ability to transfer external assets onto
Ethereum expands the available assets for trading
Financial derivatives: Interconnecting blockchain based assets opens
up possibilities for various financial derivative products.

Problem: Building the cross border payments by using existing
E-commerce methods that could be combined with Blockchain Smart
Contracts compatible with PSD2 system in European banking system

20. SOLUTION
We’ve design the system for cross border payments based on Quorum
permissioned blockchain for processing the cross border payments in
different currencies and providing the private key for the banks
participating in the private network for encrypting the info about the
transactions. If the customer wants to send money abroad, through the
system, he is able to pay by either cards or internet bank links, the
money will be deposited in our local european bank. The systems
meets all PSD2 regulations that simplifies the integration with the banks.

Problem: there was need in Ethereum network in a website that anyone can
trust - a fairly high source of truth in terms of recognized people and their
skill sets.

A website in the community that we can trust - a fairly high source of
truth in terms of recognized people and their skill sets. The main point
is to get a website that curates signals of the high source of truth which
can be used to get an overview of the overall community and its health.
List of signals that are helpful and will help to pinpoint what the state of
the community really is.
The end goal is a community-curated hub that clears out some of the
noise around key developments and decisions facing Ethereum. The
project was sponsored by Aragon foundation for improving the
Ethereum ecosystem and will be presented at Aracon conference on 25
th Jan in Berlin.

Problem: Develop a solution that will allow owners of documents confirm
and transfer and share their ownership and have information of the latest
signed document on the blockchain.

25. SOLUTION
At 4ire Labs, we designed the solution for notarization based on
Ethereum blockchain where users can created and stored via
application compatible with EU GDPR documents and application will
create hash of the document, sign it with owner’s wallet private key and
push it to the blockchain with the version number.
The app will also give possibilities to owners of the document to share
the ownership and see the latest version of the signed documents by
both parties. .
