PROJECT PHASING Pepsi-Cola Phases I-IV: This
multi-phased project involved the full survey and analysis of
the client’s existing facilities, and the development of
planning studies of the entire site. ANCL worked closely
with the client and their staff to analyze their current and
future needs and to develop the overall phasing concept for
the implementation of their expansion. Total project size
approximately 370,000 SF.
Alexia Levite developed the phasing concept and diagrams
for this multi-phased project. She also acted as project
manager and technical coordinator for project phases that
were fully developed, and was an active member of the
project design team.
