2. Ingredients:
• A package of nori
• A little sushi Rice
• A bottle of rice vinegar
• A little cream cheese
• Sushi fillings (Common ingredients include raw
fish , crab, tempura, avocado, cucumber,
carrots, chicken, etc)
3. STEP 1
• Cook the rice (with water only)
• Remove the rice from the rice cooker and put
it into a bowl.
• Add ¼ spoon of sugar, ¼ spon of salt and ½
cup of vinegar

• Lay out the nori on the bamboo mat (or whatever
you're using).
• Feel the nori; there should be a rough side and a
smooth side. Make sure that the rough side is
facing up.
5. • Use your fingers to carefully spread the rice
out over the nori.
• You want the rice to be spread out so that it
looks nice and lacy, with some nori showing
through the rice. (The adjective "lacy" means
being lace-like, as in you can see through it.)
6. • Fill in the gap with your chosen ingredients.
• Roll the sushi with the bamboo mat.
7. • The cream cheese is used to assert the
ingredients.
8. • Wet your knife then cut the roll into the
desired size. (Not too big)
• And that’s all
9. • My favorite roll is with avocado outside and
with cream cheese, chicken, ciboulette and
bell pepper inside.
