 Social media continues to surge in 2013 with 65%
 of respondents providing an investment boost
 compared to 37% last year; followed by email
 marketing which narrowly edges out search

 gathering huge momentum, email marketing
 continues to be an effective marketing channel
 with a staggering 99% of respondents saying email
 marketing programs were effective in 2012

 from 2011 to 2013, with the most significant 38%
 decrease in daily mailings
 A positive jump in Integrated campaigns from
 31.3% in 2011 to a projected 49.2% in 2013

 popular activities
