1. There are strong synergies between the LT-LEDS and the NDC
process:
o The long-term vision set in the LT-LEDS can inform future NDCs;
o Back-casting from long-term goal to raise short-term ambition.
2. Development of LT-LEDS is an ongoing process:
o Periodic reviews of the strategy can reflect changing conditions,
new trends and new science.
3. The LT-LEDS process is about co-creation:
o Whole-of-government approach;
o Deep inclusiveness of stakeholder.
