2. • Internet and digital technology has changed people to
learn.
• Learning resources are no more static and scarce, but
adaptable and available widely, allowing educational
institutions, educators, and learners to participate actively
in the global knowledge exchange through Open Learning
Resources (OER).

Introduction
3. • The Open University of Indonesia (UT) as the only distance
education in Indonesia tries to give special attention in th
development OER online in order to reach out to all
students and people.
• UT offered about 1,000 courses through 29 study program
and has 585.700 students spread all over Indonesia.
79,90% of then students are student teachers, included
student teachers in educational physics study program
(2012).

meaningful ways integrate all of these forms of OERs.3

Introduction (c)
5. Open Educational Resources(OER) is teaching, learning, or research
materials that are in the public domain or released with an
intellectual property license that allows for free use, adaptation, an
distribution (UNESCO 2012).
OER refers to: educational resources that are freely available to be
used by educators and learners, without an accompanying to pay
royalties or licensee fees (Neil Butcher)
OER is all the learning resources that can be accessed freely for
everyone, wherever, whenever by using the internet.

7. Online Tutorials is a learning support services for students
of UT based on Internet systems and provided by tutors.
In learning process, the students follow the schedule, lear
the materials, and do the assignments through the
Internet, which could have contributed 50% towards to th
final grade.
Online Tutorials are implemented in all regional of faces o

11. • Integration of OER in the Online Tutorial (OT) has been done in the
course of physics education courses and has brought changes to the
understanding of the material in OT.
• During this time, the material in the OT was made by a simple with
the OT tutor. However, by integrating OER, expected student can
easily grasp the concept of material.

12. • The Open Educational Resources (OER) of Universitas Terbuka calls
open-source learning Open University (SUAKA-UT).
• Instructional materials in physics education courses are expected to
meet the ability to analyze concepts, solve problem found in daily
life, and at the same time to make learning be fun.
• The topic covers OCW material such as Electric Magnet, Coulombs
law, Ohm’s Law, Oersted, Biot Savart and Lorentz force, ITV -UT such
as mechanical waves, GPO’s experiments in Newton’s laws,
Longitudinal Waves, Bernoulli, and Fluid as well as takes advantage
of VRS and OJ.

Conclusion
To support the learning process of the majority of students, UT provides a variety of online learning support services with one of them is an online tutorial.
Some OER that have been and continue to be developed by UT are:ITV-UT contains a collection of learning materials in the form of video which can be accessed online. The learning material is divided into several categories according to the faculty. UT has also a variety of publications that is freely accessible to obtain reference materials in the learning. Learning Object Material (LOM) is a collection of learning materials for distance education in the Asian region. Open Courseware provide enrichment material online about the topic on the UT printed teaching materials. To facilitate students in getting the material contained in the printed materials, UT to develop OER virtual reading room. GPO is the OER portal teacher that was developed specifically for teachers because it is most students at UT (80% of the 585 700 students) and scattered throughout the region. Teachers is a person who has an important role in spreading education in society. In UT, teachers become important in the spread of user utilization of open learning resources (OER).
Video about Free Fall Motion Due to Earth's gravity can give student in Fundamental of Physics about the real of free fall motion when a stone is dropped simultaneously. This video can help students in understanding of free fall motion concept, so we expect that it will increase of the quality of students’ competence.
