PRC Consultancy is a Delhi Based Financial Consultancy firm providing Credit Rating
Advisory, Debts Structuring & Fund Raising services. We help our clients to achieve their
optimal credit rating. We also assist client to re-engineer their debt structure to save on
finance related cost and to avoid any liquidity related issues.

Devender Aggarwal – Founder
Devender is an MBA and has an experience of more than
8 years in Credit Rating, Fund Raising, Financial Risk
Management and Financial Analysis. He has worked with a
large corporate group – having more than 25 companies -
as Head of Finance. There he has achieved timely up-
gradation in rating of group companies on year on year
basis and also played a vital role for financial closure of
more than 400 crore debts.
Shreyansh Verma – Associate
Shreyansh experience in financial service sector including
merchant banking, Investment Banking, Rating Advisory
and Debts Syndication is more than 10 years. He has
worked with Consultancy Firm, Investment Bank and with a
Private Bank as an senior credit analyst. As Banker he has
appraised the proposal of more than Rs. 1000 crore. He has
assisted more than 50 companies to get their optimal credit
rating. Shreyansh is CFA Charter Holder (USA).
Anil Verma – Associate
Anil Verma is qualified chartered account with an
experience of 15 year post qualification. He is associated
with PRC Consultancy for debts structuring services. He
has served many mid and large Corporates with his
financial consultancy services mainly in field of funding
and capital structure re-engineering.
