This position is responsible for driving results for 45 Mio USD turnover business unit by contributing to top
line and bottom line of the company. Business is about making folding box packaging for all MNCs including
Nestle , Unilever , BAT , KFC , Mc Donald's , Engro Foods . Following are the highlights of my role:
 Delivering exceptional results in first 6 months: 12 % sales volume growth with added > PkRs100
Mio cost cutting savings in bottom line.
 Leading teams of professionals (09 direct reports and 555 indirect reports) with focused approach
to deliver consistent results. Direct reports include: Sales, Operations, Supply Management,
Business Controller, Planning Function, Quality Assurance and Pre Press.
 Driving an environment with state of the art Packaging equipment. KBA Rapida offset Printing,
Bobst Lemanic and Rivera Tobacco Printing machines, Bobst cutting creasing Expertcut and
Nova cut, Bobst Folder and gluing machines (Ambition/Vision fold), and Elcede Die Making
equipment.
 Developing teams and enabling them to identify top problems, prioritize them and then make time
based plans to achieve results

 Mapping losses and developing LOSS TREE structure to attack losses

Reduction in Internal Held = 33% Reduction in maintenance inventory = 25 %
Reduction in customer complaints = 33 % Reduction in working capital = 12 % to 7.5 %
Rolling Sales Forecast adherence = improved from 35 % to 55 %
Reduction in product development time = 50 % ( From 2 days to 1 day )
Increase in OEE of Offset line = OEE ( From 55 % to 68 % )
Rolling Sales Forecast (RSF)- Process Concept Leader at Packages Group Sep’14 – Present
As part of senior management team, this position is responsible for leading and implementing a change
management program for the entire company/group. This structured RSF programme is being consulted by
two world renowned Swiss consultants. This process is successfully running in Nestle China . Whereas the
overall benefit of the project resulted in operational savings of more than 150 mio PKRs (Apprx 1.3 Mio
USSD) for Packages Ltd last year. Following are the highlights of my role:
 Development of RSF Engine in SAP and ensuring that discipline is being followed while declaring
sales forecast on monthly basis
 Development of ORs (Operational Review Meetings), agendas and documents to make
operational reviews factual and effective.
 Deployment of PDCA and ONE FIGURE PRINCIPLE throughout the company
 Continue to review systems and procedures connected with SAP to make sure that management
reporting remains transparent and factual.
 Developing capability in organization to adapt change and see the benefit in following to RSF
Process concept.
Key Initiatives and Achievements:
o Implementation of Production Operations Review (POR), Sales Operation Review
(SOR ) and Management Operations Review (MOR ) structure throughout the
company
o Coordinating in implementation of the same concept in Bulley Shah Packaging, a joint
venture between Packages Limited and Stora Enso Limited.
o Project resulted in to reduction of working capital from 26 % to < 11 % over two years.
o More than 150 Mio PK Rs saving has been materialized last year only due to focused
PDCA approach
o More than 100 Management employees have been developed and trained on RSF
process concept so far.
Industrial Performance Manager at Packages Ltd. April’ 14 – Dec’ 15
This position is responsible for leading the factory Industrial Performance team to drive improvement projects
through application of Packages Continuous Excellence and Focused Improvement methodologies.
Following are the highlights of my role:
 Coordinated factory productivity agenda and deliver against total productivity and cost
deliverables on corporate level
 Led and Run EHS system on corporate level ensuring health and safety for all stake holders
 Assisted Business units/Functional units in making a rational CAPEX and OPEX budgets in
consultation with all business stake holders.

across Packages.
