― High public concern on radioation risk from neighbouring NPPs
― Traditional aproach „one message one voice“ - outdated
― Now concepts under development: „one message, many voices“,
― social media big challenge
― Stakeholder Involvement is a must but difficult to do
― Preparation and expansion of risk and crisis communication is essential
for mitigating psychological health effects
