prayer for the immediate issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order and/or
Writ of Preliminary Injunction and the Petitions in G.R. No. 208493 and
UDK 14951, the Court Resolved to
(a) CONSOLIDATE all cases;
(b) REQUIRE respondents to COMMENT on the
consolidated petitions within a non-extendible period of ten
. (10) days from notice hereof;
(c) ISSUE a Temporary Restraining Order enjoining
the Department of Budget and Management, the National
Treasurer, the Executive Secretary, or any persons acting under
their authority from releasing: (1) . the _remaining Priority
Development Assistance Funds (PDAF) allocated to members
of Congress under the General Appropriations Act of 2013; and
