• ETSC main tasks: Development of VPL, guidance and educational offers
• Target group:
• People on the labor market who have not completed education on
upper secondary level
• VPL is only sustainably funded for this target group

  • 2. 2 Education and Training Service Centre (ETSC) • Owned by The Icelandic Federation of Labor, Confederation of Icelandic Employers, Federation of State and Municipal Employees, Association of Local Authorities in Iceland and the Ministry of Finance • Service contract with the ministry of education, science and culture • ETSC main tasks: Development of VPL, guidance and educational offers • Target group: • People on the labor market who have not completed education on upper secondary level • VPL is only sustainably funded for this target group
