5. Method, dialogue and marketing
activities
Method: National program for supplier development has developed an
innovative procurement method which enables procurers to receive solutions
that meet their needs. The method stimulates both procurers and suppliers
to open up their perspectives and re-think the actual need and possible
solutions, innovation.

Early contact with the market: To identify which solutions the market can
be expected to provide, it will be arranged an early market sounding

6. Method, dialogue and marketing
activities cont.
Dialogue Activities: After the initial conference, there will be carried
out a number of other dialogue activities to provide mutual insight
into needs and possible solutions for the municipalities and the
suppliers. This information will be used to prepare the actual
procurement.
Dissemination of knowledge: Knowledge and best practice will be
spread through EU and Business Europe-channels, through the
project web-site and through seminars and conferences.
