5. Meaning of ICT
Information Communication a ICT refers to technologies that provide access
to information through telecommunications. It is similar to Information
Technology (IT), but focuses primarily on communication technologies, e.g.
the Internet, wireless networks, cell phones.
Technologies which are being used for collecting ,storing ,editing and passing
on information in various forms (Ser,1997)

ICT also focuses on transforming information to learn easily and process raw
facts into relevant and timely information.
