- Co-ordinate and oversee the smooth working of the department within the school
set-up.
- During my tenure I have also handled matters as a P. R. O. liaising with
Government Departments i.e. Naturalization and Immigration Department, Labor
Department and Ministry of Education.
- Implement HR procedures with time frames for the team
- Supervise the activities of purchasing department by developing new sources of
supply, negotiate, approve, implement and administer agreements and purchase
orders.
- Develop and implement adequate cost control measures to ensure efficiency and
minimum waste.
- Provide initiative to improve and maintain quality standards, by having timely
delivery of supplies.
- Establish link between respective departments and demonstrate accountability by
maintaining records.
- Overseeing the overseas staff accommodation, budgeting, procuring and
maintenance of apartments
- Budgeting, capital & semi capital preparing quotations, purchase orders, prodigy
and overseas and local purchasing.
- Provide leadership for the team in planning, organizing, and implementing various
policies.

Bachelor of Commerce, Karachi University, Pakistan, 1994.
