A new micro-city comprising of 23 plots built by third party developers, including 6branded hotels, 4 commercial buildings, 8
residential and serviced apartment complexes and 5 mixed use developments. The most distinctive feature of the development is
the iconic 35-storey Capital Gate which includes a 200+ room five star hotel and 20,000 square metres of office and retail space.

Situated in the iconic Capital Gate tower, and occupying levels 18 – 35, Hyatt Capital Gate, is a unique 5 star hotel which is a land-
mark on the Abu Dhabi skyline and a leading business hotel in the region. The hotel is also the very first Hyatt located in the UAE
capital. The hotel’s ‘sky lobby’ is suspended 80 meters above the ground on the 18th floor, offering panoramic views of the city. The
spa and fitness centre on the 19th floor includes a swimming pool which cantilevers from the side of the building with 270- degree
views of the surrounding horizon. Due to unique shape of the tower, each room in the hotel has a different shape and orientation.

Partnered with governmental authorities in Tunis to establish a sustainable master plan covering 837 hectares beside a lake in North
Tunis, consisting of apartments, offices, trade centre’s and hotels (Mediterranean Gateway,Tunis).
US$25 billion Mediterranean Gate project, developed in partnership with the Tunisian government in the capital city of Tunis. a
unique project, designed to reflect the integrity of its landscape, culture and heritage. It will cater to all sections of the society and
represent a benchmark for sustainable development in the region.

The Al Ain Convention Centre covers an area of 275,000sqm with a total of 220,000sqm available to investors; it will feature three
main oasis public plazas surrounded by a community of ten clusters, a cultural centre, a four star hotel and conference centre with
a retail link to the existing wedding hall. Key Sttistics: Cultural Centre, with Library (6,654 sqm), Conference Hall (G+8) with 225
rooms (16,500 sqm), Convention Centre (5,000 sqm) Twenty one buildings (G+4 to G+6) including one hotel, Five residential build-
ings (GFA 47,647 sqm), Three serviced apartment buildings (GFA 30,413 sqm),12 commercial office buildings (GFA 144,697 sqm)

Developed the Master plan in respect to optimum landuse, followed up with UPC & ADM on affection plans and NOCs, introducing
community facility building & build a self-sustained city. Revised many types of projects, Residential, Commercial, Malls, Medical
Center, Schools, Mosque,etc, with a great level of familiarity to the local regulations & guidelines and culture. Plots were allocated
with consideration to the phasing of the project and the existing infra-structure lines in order not be delayed.

Najmat, a 165-hectare township development by Reem Developers, symbolizes the lifestyle of the future of Abu Dhabi. The Man-
hattan-like township will provide a healthy balance of work, life and recreation for more than 200,000 people on the Island. State-
of-the-art infrastructure, the first of three phases is already complete, will cost more than AED 1 billion to build and will support
more than 51 million square feet of commercial, residential, hospitality, and communal facilities. The gross development value of
Najmat Abu Dhabi is over AED 100 billion.

Situated in Zayed Sports City facing Al Khaleej Al Arabi Avenue in Abu Dhabi, the Jiu Jitsu and MMA Training Center & Multi-func-
tional Arena can accommodate multiple types of events & functions. It stretches over 15000 sq.m. NK put down the design brief of
the Arena reflecting the vision of His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi to construct a Contemporary socially viable, eco-
logical and a State of the Art design. The fast track project was facing many challenges in terms of utility lines encroaching within
the site, that had to be cleared at a very early stage.

Int’l renowned Contractors bid on the challenging project to be executed within 8 months before a Jiu Jitsu scheduled tournament

The hotel is also the very first Hyatt located in the UAE capital. The hotel’s ‘sky lobby’ is suspended 80 meters above the ground on the 18th floor, offering panoramic views of the city. The spa and fitness centre on the 19th floor includes a swimming pool which cantilevers from the side of the building with 270- degree views of the surrounding horizon.
